We reached 2 million audits and checks conducted on the Falcony platform.

We reached 10 million reported observations milestone with the Falcony platform.

Falcony will send reminder emails when non-complete scheduled audits if getting close to its deadline.

The emails will be sent either 1, 7, 14 or 30 days before the deadline depending on how long the audit has been open.

Our goal was to have a simple Power BI template that would make it easier for the customers to get the PowerBI connection to our database working.

We also redesigned the BI database page so that it allows for downloading the Power BI template.

Integration logs admin page contains log entries related to the integrations the organisation has.

We have now implemented a secondary table view to the Audits page.

The data table now supports operators for filtering number columns. The following operators are supported:

- equal to

- greater than

- greater than or equal to

- less than

- less than or equal to

- between

For example, you can now search for all organisations having 1-100 users. Previously, the number filter supported only “equal to” filtering.

The Administration page will now have a new Integrations sub-page for admins. The page has two tabs, one for Integrations and one for Logs.

Previously admins were only able to see integration logs, and not the integrations themselves.

Previously, the data table has supported filtering date columns only by preset date ranges such as Today, This week or This year . Now it also supports custom date ranges.

The data range can be either closed or open meaning that you can filter for values between two dates or values that are before or after a certain date.

It's now possible to use negative values in the Audit score scale.

The Tags page under Administration has been changed to use a more modern UI that is more consistent with the general look and feel of our app.

It is now possible to connect large external data sources, such as weather, temperatures etc. into Falcony questions.

Large organisations often have users with the same names. To be able to distinguish between the users, it’s useful to know the user's job because the email is not always enough to distinguish users from each other.

Also, the job title serves as an indicator of what the user’s role in the organisation is and thus whether or not they should be responsible for the given observation.

We’ve now added counts to the Home page section titles (Ongoing audits, Observations assigned to you, Audits assigned to you) to make the amounts more clear.

The audit pivot grid now supports audit question sum and average aggregates for number audit questions and concat aggregate for text audit questions.

The observation pivot grid already supported these aggregates for observation questions.

The (chosen) observations will be automatically sent to Tampuuri and when the issue on Tampuuri side is closed, the related Falcony observation also gets automatically closed.

It’s now possible to create open links that allow the reporter to create a Falcony account for themselves while reporting the observation.

This can be enabled by toggling “Allow reporters to sign up” checkbox in the open link settings.

Falcony ESG was launched covering Double-Materiality Assessments, Stakeholder surveys, ESRS disclosures, ESG metrics and emission reporting. It helps organisations to comply with the CSRD requirements.

It is now possible to connect multiple Falcony organisation with a single database connection.

Please be in touch with Falcony to enable this functionality.

You can now get rid of this warning after deleting all ongoing and completed audits belonging to the schedule.

You can delete the schedule after that.

Make it possible for selected roles to view Anonymized answers. This is configured on the Role edit page.

These fields are only shown when the Anonymized questions feature flag is enabled for the organization.

Change "Confidential reporting" -> "Hidden reporter" and "Anonymous question" term to "Hidden answer" in the app.

This was done to better communicate what the feature really does.

Under the Registry page, there is now a Usage tab, which lists the observation and audit questions using the registry.

Allow users to open up a registry question answer in the audit or observation report to inspect the record and its fields.

The answer cannot be opened by regular users if the registry has Show fields to administrators only option enabled.
